Tim is a certified planner and a registered architect with over twenty years of professional experience. He draws upon training in architecture, city and regional planning, and urban design to craft implementable solutions to complex planning and design problems. Tim is the recipient of numerous awards for his work in Smart Growth, and design and planning for sustainable communities.Tim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture and a Master of Architecture in Building Technology from the University of Michigan. He also received a Master of Architecture in Urban Design and a Masters in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania. Tim taught urban design and town planning at the University of Pennsylvania in the Graduate School of Fine Arts and was formerly an associate at Kise Straw & Kolodner in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time with his family, bicycle riding and traveling.
